2017 CityBeat Cincinnati Entertainment Award nominee Freedom Nicole Moore is a singer-songwriter who together with her band is based in Cincinnati, Ohio. Freedom got her start locally singing background vocals with acts such as JSPH and Royal Holland and The Rotation, and has since come into her own, performing as a Singer-Songwriter at prominent venues such as Fountain Square's Indie Summer Series, MOTR Pub, Urban Artifact, Bogarts, The Listing Loon, The Woodward, The Comet and more. Freedom has performed as both a headliner and opening act alongside international soul singer Jacob Banks, Leggy, Nerdcore producer and Emcee SAMMUS and Fem front indie-pop band Chastity Belt as well as local acts such as JOESPH, Krystal Peterson and The Queen City Band, and The Perfect Children. As a result of growing local popularity, Freedom has been featured in influential music outlets such as CincyMusic.com and CityBeat.

Freedom’s smooth, warm vocal tones and Soul/Rock introspective truths can be heard in her latest single "Road Trip" available on Soundcloud, and on her solo debut album under former name “Marisa Moore- Where Freedom Lies”.
